The Sunshine Coast Community
... Your own little piece of heaven

Sunshine Coast living... a place where you can appreciate nature's beauty, a well planned community of single family dwellings and multiple living complexes all sensitive to the environment and with consideration for the natural beauty.

Preserving the coast lifestyle is an integral part of the property development projects all throughout the Sunshine Coast and particularly in Sechelt.  The Sechelt community is characterized by the innovative techniques and environmentally sensitive building practices; homes are being built by responsible builders who are known to provide award-winning designs in architecture and lifestyle models.  Concordia Homes uniquely stands out like a shining star in the Sechelt community.

The community is loaded with great places to enjoy the Sunshine Coast living style... great restaurants and cafés with fantastic outdoor seating overlooking the spectacular beaches. The region is world renown for the spectacular outdoor recreational activities, whether you want to head for the hills or water, we have boat cruises year round as well as unparalleled protected waterways for exploration by kayak, canoe, or pleasure boat.  Activities are phenomenal; you can choose from mountain biking, kayaking, fishing, diving, hiking, golfing, viewing several artisan shops, being pampered at day spas and massages... you name it. Sechelt also has the Sechelt Golf and Country Club together with a driving range that, in addition, offers a lawn bowling green that is very popular.

Our community also has it all for arts and entertainment. There are music festivals, craft fairs, antique and custom car meets, golf and tennis tournaments, boating and mountain bike racing, as well as sand castle contests.

Families love the Sunshine Coast ...

While it is only 40 minutes from Greater Vancouver, it is still largely rural in feel. Much of the Coast's waterfront is relatively undeveloped compared to the lower mainland, Vancouver Island, Bellingham and points south. There are literally miles of beaches to ramble along, and scores of parks from recreational parks with bike paths and family picnicking areas right up to "bush" parks most locals don't even get into.

The Sunshine Coast has a complete school system, from pre-school straight through to Capilano College's first and second year university transfer programs. There are also sports leagues for T-ball, softball, hardball, curling, hockey (of course!), golf, swimming, soccer, rugby... too many to mention. Sechelt has the only ice rink on the Sunshine Coast as well as a newly constructed Recreation Centre and indoor tennis courts.

St. Mary's Hospital in Sechelt is a community hospital, providing the only acute and extended care to residents and travellers to the Sunshine Coast.
